This Parabolic Microphone is a remix of Zippitybamba's design on thingiverse (Link to the original here)I have modified it to hold a Rode Videomicgo and modified the handle to take a 1/4in threaded insert to attach to a tripod mounting head.I printed the entire set up on my Bambu Labs A1 mini out of PLA+.I mounted mine onto a Manfrotto mounting plate to use with my manfrotto monopod. I redesigned this to improve my field recording of bird calls, meant to be used in conjunction with the Merlin birding app. However you could record anything outside you want. It is accurate to 100 yards and does a great job of eliminating noise outside of the dome's parabola.I've field tested it on 3 birding trips for up to 4 hours at a time and it works well and is easy to carry. If you want to replicate my set up, in addition to the printed parts you will need the following Tools:Soldering ironm3 hex wrenchFlush cutters Non-printed parts:20x M3 10mm screws (or small zip ties work perfectly w
