A prototype prosthetic gripper mechanism.
Print:
10x pin
2x long_pin
3x arm
3x arm_gear
1x centre_gear
2x thin_tooth (may need supports depending on printer)
1x thick_tooth (may need supports depending on printer)
1x tri_base
1x steppermotor_bracket
Requires:
Nema 17 Stepper motor
4x M3 screws (to mount stepper)
5 min epoxy glue
I used 5 minute epoxy glue to attach the steppermotor_bracket part to the tri_base part.
Once in place, I then glued the centre_gear part to the stepper motor shaft.
