A simple frame for the [Hobby King Parallel Charging Board](http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__14856__Hobbyking_Parallel_charging_Board_for_6_packs_2_6S_XT_60_.html).
I didn't like the idea of a cheap piece of foam being the only thing keeping packs from shorting against an aluminum table.
Should work nicely with the XT60 version but I haven't tested with any of the other versions of this parallel board.
