Parameterized snuff box (snusdosa)

A snuff box is supposed to be easy to open with one hand, but still stay closed when it needs to. Commercial boxes do this by injection-molding thin walls with a plastic that allows the entire box to flex, and with tiny flanges to lock the lid. I couldn't figure out how to print something like that with reliable results, so this box is rigid. The lid locks with a gasket.

This is not a Thingiverse customizer, because it uses external DXF files, which is not supported. But the latest version of OpenSCAD ([2019.05](https://www.openscad.org/downloads.html)) has a built-in customizer: uncheck View->Hide Customizer and experiment with the parameters. The scad file tries to correct for invalid inputs, but it's still possible to produce something unprintable with it.

Also included are parts to make a silicone mold around the box. They can be used to to cast a box in resin or some other castable material.
