Parametric 18650 Battery Case – 1x4 and 2x3 Configs
This is a 3D printable parametric battery case designed in Fusion 360 for 18650 cells.
Includes two STL variants:
1x4 (inline)
2x3 (compact)
The lid is magnet-compatible, designed with a 0.5mm PETG-safe tolerance for clean slide-on fit.
No supports required. Just drop it in your slicer and print.
Insert 6mm round magnets for lid retention (or skip if you're using tape/straps/etc.)
Message me for different sizes if unable to utilize the attached Fusion360 model!
Fusion 360 Source Included
The .f3d file is included for easy customization. You can edit core dimensions like battery size, row/column count, and wall thickness directly in Fusion using exposed user parameters.
Editable Parameters (Fusion 360)
BatteryLength – cell height (default: 66mm)
BatteryDiameter – cell diameter (default: 18.5mm for 18650)
BatteryRow / BatteryCol – layout control (e.g. 2x3, 1x4, etc.)
MagnetDiameter / MagnetDepth – retention magnet pocket sizi
