Used OpenSCAD to make a parametric version of the terminal block here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2154082.
Current settings are for #4-40 hardware, but values can be easily altered to accommodate other sizes and standards.
Known issue: Changing wall thickness shifts labels off center.
