Just a little extension to Bikecyclists Design: text on the outer of both arms added. That was just ... obvious for me.
Texts can be edited in OpenSCAD (leave any of them empty, "", if you don't want that side to be labelled).
Unfortunately, font sizing is ... a mess. You likely have to adjust text_sizefactor for different fonts, sometimes even for different texts.
Caution: changing the font is prepared, but it's not very straightforward. See https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/Text for the general description and (Menu) Help / Font List for the Fonts available on your computer. The examples use a common Windows font!
The "Length" parameter ist the length of what the clip can hold, hook and hinge add to the overall length.
I'm really unsure about the tolerances, but my printer is poorly tuned; ~0.6(mm) works for me. If the arms are fused, try to "break" them free as they should rotate - for me that often just broke them _f
