This is a fully parametric butter cookie based on the original biscuit design by Lefèvre-Utile. Biscuits of this type, typically with 10x14 teeth, are popular in France as the _Petit Beurre_, in Germany as the _Leibniz-Butterkeks_.
You can customize the size and number of teeth, the thickness of the cookie, as well as the overall shape: how rounded the edges are (zero for a cookie with sharp edges) and how pronounced the teeth are. In addition, you can put some text on the biscuit. For a biscuit with no text, either leave the strings empty or set the depth to zero.
You can also customize the render quality. This changes the size, and consequently the number, of polygons that make up the rounded edges. Smaller polygons mean a higher-quality cookie, but because there are more polygons, files can get larger.
The size of the biscuit depends on the number of teeth; e.g. a biscuit with 10x10 teeth that are 5mm in diameter will be 50mm square.
