Parametric card holder

This is a simple customizable card holder, very useful for some boardgames. It can be printed without supports both vertical and horizontally.

Custom parameters:
- length
- front text**
- back text**
- thickness

** texts are optional, leave empty to disable

** Updated with customizable thickness, previous model had fixed thicknes. **
** Updated again to hide some variables that shouldn´t be customizable **
