OpenSCAD parametric clothes and coat hanger for 3D printing
Parts press together using an interference fit. Just tap the parts together with a hammer. Maybe dab on some superglue first for insurance.
Print two sides and one hook per hanger.
There are a lot of parameters, but the first three will be all most people need.
* Version 2.3 *
* Smoother profile than version 2.1. Just specify how much overhang your printer can manage, and go. A trapezoidal wedge will be fit into the circular profile to create the specified overhang.
* Better fit than version 2.2. Tolerance of 0.1 worked well for me to create a nice interference fit.
