Simple but extensive parametric marking/pilot hole drilling jig for euro-style concealed hinges with a "cross-style" mounting clamp.
**NOTE: The attached STL for Hettich 8645i Inset is a sample and configured to my specific situation as used in the default parameters. Use the F3D Fusion 360 file for configuration.**
Configurable parameters
- Pot size (35mm default). Not practically used in the final design.
- Vertical distance between pot and screw holes (5.5mm default)
- Horizontal spacing between screw holes (52mm default)
- Distance to door edge (4mm default)
- Reveal size, ie. gap between case and door (0.6mm default). Used as spacer between door and case/frame.
- Material thickness of door for inset hinges (18mm default, set close to 0 or remove if using overlay style hinge)
- Distance between door or edge to cross-style clamp (37mm default)
- Spacing of cross-style clamp (32mm default).
- Pilot hole size for selfcentering drill bit (2.2mm default)
