Parametric container with threaded lid and optional seal

The OpenSCAD file (Parametric_can+lid+seal.scad) allows to create customizable containers with threaded lid and optional:

- seal
- knurling on the lid
- text on the lid

The needed dimensions are specified in the attached pdf file (parametric_can+lid+seal-dimensions.pdf)

The seal is a tight fit, but is designed to create leakproof containers.

Additional libraries
-------------------------

The provided SCAD file needs two additional libraries:

- Nut Job library from mike_mattala (Nut_Job.scad needed): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:193647
- Chamfer library from SebiTimeWaster (Chamfer.scad needed): https://github.com/SebiTimeWaster/Chamfers-for-OpenSCAD

Additionally, the knurling is based on the library from M_D_K, but no files are needed: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3673637/files
