Seems to work and is promising. I am currently using it on X-axis with some problems that i am working on. I have to specify the best tolerances. Use ONLY PLA, ABS will turn to dust especially if the weight is off center. I think in a week or so it will be fully working.
I try to use aluminium profiles for linear motion without makerslide etc. I'm trying to use the same concept of PLA bushings to 20x20 profiles.
I'm waiting some new profiles to test this thing and see how it works.
There are 3 models in the .scad.
The bare PLA,t needs fixing.
The ptfe based that uses 6mm diameter ptfe (3mm filament bowden) with 4 screws to run into the profile. PTFE runs smooth but needs tightening
