I made this to install a Nakamichi 2DIN head unit into a 1988 Merkur Scorpio
However the OpenSCAD file is included if you wish to customize for your own 2DIN application.
The frame and face can be printed together or separately. No support is needed if you print the parts separately and then glue the lower face into the frame. A USB port is optional on the bottom face portion.
I used ASA and printed with 45% infill. Use a large brim to avoid warping. I sanded and painted with satin black paint.
