Parametric ER40 Collet Box

Parametric ER40 Collet Box.


I did require a box to contain my 6 oversized ER40 collets (27mm,28mm,29mm,30mm,31mm,32mm).

These collets have 2 sizes (not sure if this is always the case):
- 27mm,28mm,29mm are higher collets
- 30mm,31mm,32mm are lower collets



Required Printed Parts:
- ER40_collet_box_lid.stl (1x)
- ER40_collet_box_bottom.stl (1x)

Required Other parts:
- 2 nails (length 25mm, diameter 1.5mm) as hinges
- 4 magnets (thickness 1.5mm, diameter 10 mm)



Remarks:
* recommended material (PLA 10% infill)
* no support structures are needed
* instead of 4 magnets, also 2 magnets can be used in conjunction with 2 metal disks of the same size
