Parametric hook with backing plate

A parametric hook with a flat backing plate, designed to be mounted onto a flat surface such as a kitchen or bathroom tile using double-sided tape or glue.

N.B. There's a (rather hilarious) bug where the hook looks flipped upside-down in Customizer. It will flip back round if you rotate the view down, and the rendered file will appear correctly regardless.
