Parametric Leveling Shim (OpenSCAD)

This project is a parametric leveling shim designed in OpenSCAD.

A shim is a small wedge commonly used to stabilize unstable objects, such as furniture or equipment placed on uneven floors. It replaces temporary solutions like cardboard or folded paper with a clean, durable and reusable alternative.

The model has a truncated pyramid shape and exposes a few simple parameters:
- overall height
- size of the bottom surface (floor contact)
- size of the top surface (object contact)

This allows the shim to be easily adapted to different situations: table legs, furniture, appliances, or any object that needs small height correction.

The design is intentionally basic (no texture, no chamfer,...)


Everyone can adjust the parameters and material choice to fit their own needs.
