Parametric Mecanum Wheel

Featuring Zaggo's mecanum wheel design, this thing was created in OpenSCAD so its parameters can be easily changed. By default, the dimensions are more or less the same, except for the ligher wheel hub and thicker rollers and roller brackets. The mechanism by which the wheel is attached to the motor/axle is not fully fleshed out yet. Most likely, I will modify the design to accept Futaba servo X-horn, since I didn't get a round horn when I ordered my continuous rotation servo from Parallax.
