This is for generating a shell that holds pennies.
gram-for-penny and dollar-for-pound, pennies are the cheapest heavy/dense material you can 'buy' to use as a weight, where things need to be weighted... a U.S. penny weighs 2.5 grams (newer metallurgy) or 3.11 grams (old pure copper pennies...) and costs... one penny. Far cheaper than lead, iron, steel, copper, nickel, or even pea gravel, by weight.
As such, this makes an excellent paperweight... or counterweight... or any kind of weight, like for a gravity powered clock (the original inspiration).
Adjust the number of pennies needed, and the number of cylinders, to your liking (and to fit your print area). Using the default settings there are gaps between the cylinders large enough to run monofilament or braided line, allowing you to hang it securely.
