Parametric Print-in-Place Hinge

This is a parametric OpenSCAD model for a print-in-place hinge and includes a sample .stl file.

The script does not check for invalid inputs. It's therefore possible for you to specify a part that will not work.

The stl file sliced just fine with Cura. However, there may be some erroneous (non-manifold) features of the model that may cause problems with other slicers. I hadn't checked for this yet.
