Inspired by this project by marrr: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:499453 and my recent adventures with OpenSCAD I decided to take a stab at creating parametric lens cup for Oculus Rift DK2. Initially I used marrr's measurements (the ones from one of his pictures) but they turned out to be a little off so I remeasured everything and now it seems to fit correctly ;) and with few modifications to make it printable without support I ended up with a model that looks nice when printed and should fit most users.
Haven't tested it myself (I just managed to print one final version cup after 10 iterations and I need to get some sleep).
The model needs 2 parameters - IPD increase per eye = (your_ipd-63.5)/2 and lens cup height (as mesured from the mount plate to the top lens edge (not the lens center as it's not flat) so it's 20mm for 'A' lens equivalent and 17mm for 'B' lens - or any other value from something around 9mm to infinity if you know the correct height for you eye sight.
