Parametric Robot Vacuum Floor Threshold Ramp

Parametric floor threshold ramp designed to help robot vacuums cross door thresholds and floor transitions smoothly. Panels sit in a standard aluminum floor track and bolt together side by side to cover any width.

Features:
- Fully parametric in OpenSCAD - adjust length, width, height, wall thickness, hole size/spacing, and more through the customizer
- Open bottom / hollow shell design for lightweight printing and easy fit over floor tracks
- Perforated ramp surface with staggered ventilation holes and configurable center rib
- Adjustable back angle to match your threshold profile
- Rounded edges with configurable fillet radius for a clean look and safe transitions
- Horizontal bolt holes through side walls to connect multiple panels securely

Tested with Xiaomi robot vacuums but should work with any round-style robot vacuum. Print in PLA or PETG, no supports needed when printed ramp-side down.
