NOTE: This has been upgraded to a much more flexible version that incorporates all previous designs and adds lots of new features.

The new version is here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:21486

I always thought the biohazard logo would make a good robot wheel... So this biohazard-inspired parametric robot wheel that uses an o-rings as a tire.

I've uploaded the fully-commented OpenSCAD file, and with it, you can specify the o-ring you're using, plus define lots of parameters like thickness, rim height, hub diameter/height, shaft diameter, number of set screws, and even fillet/chamfers on the hub. You can even add your own design by changing the spoke() module.

See instructions for details on the renderings, and the OpenSCAD file.
