parametric rounded corner plate plus

This version of the parametric rounded corner plate has more options.
(Yes, i used AI to do that, i am not an OpenSCAD expert. i can figure out when code is wrong, and sometimes how to fix it, but don't know quite enough to add all these features.)
i took the existing one (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:168389) and modified it to add more options, like screw holes and edge fillets.
screw holes can be made for countersinking screws (bevel) of whatever diameter you need.
edge fillets (rounded edged) can be top, bottom, or both.

note: it seems to end up NOT exactly to the scale you put in. it prints about 5% bigger for me.
