Parametric Router Lift Inserts

Quick and easy to print inserts for router lifts made by UJK, JessEm and others.The included print profile has pre-made inserts that fit a UJK router lift, with openings of 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm. The openings are always 1mm over sized for clearance. Use the MakerLab Customizer to make custom inserts, up to a maximum hole diameter of 65mm. You can also adjust the fit and size of the whole insert to best suit your lift and locking handle. This inserts in the pictures were made from ABS-GF, but any rigid filament is suitable; I have previously used both PLA and PETG.
