Parametrized line stencil

Parametrized line stencil with title line. Configurable overall size, paddings, number of lines and line thickness. Attached models for A4 page with 35 lines and A5 with 25 lines, both with line thickness of 0.75mm. To customize the model adjust the variables in parameters section in SCAD file.
