Pardini 32 acp mag loader

I designed this mag loader for Pardini 32 ACP mags after talking to a friend who had trouble loading her mags. You can see it in action in this [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFkcKuFQ-bU&feature=youtu.be).

I've been printing this on a CR-6 SE printer with the following Cura settings

- Overture filament
- 200 c nozzle temp
- 60 c bed temp
- 70% infill
- Tree supports

In Cura, I also rotate the device so that it's on its side so that the layer lines don't run vertically along the plunger arm, which make the plunger arm much more likely to break off.
