This is an adapter compatible with the batteries for the Parkside tools (drills, grinders, lamps etc.). It is intended to use as an energy storage for the TS100 soldering iron during outdoor or garage work. Of course the adapter can be used as a power source whenever 12V is required.

I've designed it using FreeCad 0.17 (project files included).

Besides two printed parts, it requires:
- 4 screws,
- 4 nuts,
- one 1mm thick washer (as a spacer below the PCB),
- DC 2.5/5.5 THT socket,
- long pinheads (to provide electrical contact to the battery, see the pictures)
- tiny PCB (can be made of a laminate with the copper on one side, milled and drilled to mount the pinheads and the socket).

Enjoy!
