PARKSIDE PAS 4 D7 – Quick-Release Front Cap

This is a custom front cap for the PARKSIDE PAS 4 D7

It’s not really needed if you only use standard screw-in bits, but it becomes very useful if you keep removing the cap to attach accessories. The original rubber cap is very tight and can be annoying to pull out, sometimes even uncomfortable on your fingers.

This version is designed to be removed quickly and easily, while still keeping a nice snug fit. It also improves the look of the tool when the front port is not in use, instead of leaving it open or uncovered.

Materials:
-PLA works (tested)
-PETG is recommended for durability, especially for the flexible part

Print settings:
-Layer height: 0.16 mm
-Walls: 4
-Supports: none
-Brim: inner + outer recommended (conical shape, helps adhesion at high speed)
-Print the part in the position of the cone pointing on the print base plate
