After few weeks searching and testing several designs for printing part cooling i found this nice design using a 5015 fan: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765158 and the remake https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815388
but i had some issues...
So I decided to built a new one - similar design. You don't need any nuts for assembling the parts, just three screws M3. I have chosen the screw holes a bit tighter. The guide holes are a bit bigger. Normally it holds great in PLA or whatever u want to print with. I have also provided slotted holes for mounting, so the height can be adjusted a bit. I used support ≤ 80° (cura) angle.
First experience with the part fan: very powerful airflow and good flow direction to the printing object, so that i had to reduce the power for the first 5 layers. Some results, see pictures of the red printed part fan...
I also created a simple housing that can be equipped with an LED and a switch. I built a simple constant current source by using a LM317
