Update (2) 18.07.19:
V1.2... it's experimental. I have thickened the distribution channels from 0.8mm to 1.2mm for the guys with 0.6mm nozzle.
Update 18.07.19:
I printed the partcooling and it fits just fine.
Update 09.07.19:
Upload of the STL-file. The part has not been printed yet, but should replace the older version without any problems.
Hello makers.
This is a optimization of the partcooling ''modified MK3 fan blower.stl''
Direct link: https://www.thingiverse.com/download:5966259).
I redesigned the partcooling in Siemens NX for personal reasons (geometry linking, expressions). For the CFX I used ANSYS and prepared the model in Siemens NX too.
Assumptions for the Simulation:
- Homogeneous air flow as input
- isothermal 50°C
I will update a comparison between the two partcooling fan blower after a certain time. I will keep you updated as soon as there is any more insights.
