Party Hat With Sharp Lines Cookie Cutter

This was my original design for a party hat cookie cutter but the baker was unsure of the sharp lines. I ended up using a different picture but didn't want to waste this design. This is the sharp line version. I plan to move to articulated prints as I gain experience.
