Ever needed to scan your passport but don't have a scanner? You want to use your phone to do it, but holding it open means you will have your hand in the photo and it will be rejected. Scanning apps on your phone can't help. What to do!Enter the passport holdopener! Simply slot your passport in and it's held open without the lip of the opener going over the margin on the pages. Now you can scan your passport with your mobile phone using a scanner app!This is a simple model that uses under 10g of filament and takes around 22 mins to print with a standard 0.4 mm nozzle. I designed it for EU and UK passports, should fit US passports as well. It needs to be a snug enough fit to hold it open firmly so it lays flat enough to take a picture.
