Here is a simple pastry cutter for tart, Neapolitan pastiera easy to print and use, cuts your even and precise strips in an instant.Please note that you will need 2 bearings with an outer diameter of 19MM and an inner diameter of 6-7mm and a M6 threaded rod on the end or a fully threaded one and two M6 nuts, preferably self-locking.
