Pasta drying rack - remix

I liked the original concept but made several changes.

1. Redesigned the base to be one piece and more solid.
2. Created cylindrical spacers in order to achieve the same height without the need for so many arms.
3. Threaded the rod and created a wing nut to apply pressure to keep the arms from flopping or swinging. (Note: You may need a tap and die to finish the threads)

Also, the STL for the main body has supports built in.
