After a long search for a competitor to the Towa-30, i just went along with the fact that I'll probably needed to do it myself.
This definitly is still a WIP, but I hoped that once a basic model is out, ya'll would jump in and have a go with it.
The model depends on a push-pad being forced down by operating the lever. My idea was to add some rubber to the pad to give it some grip on the paster-tape.
.STL and SolidWorks-files included for your leasure.
Needed:
- 8x4mm pin to connect the connector-bar to the lever, I'm just going to print one.
- 40mm M4 bolt with selflocking nut to fix the handle and lever in place
- 20mm M4 bolt with selflocking nut to fix the connector-bar to the push-plate.
- Push-spring, max 7mm wide, bout 20mm long. must be pretty stiff.
- ??mm M3 screw to set the max pull on the lever (this will determine how much the tape is being pulled)
Things to work on:
1. does the idea actually work?
2. is the channel in the main body OK?
3. does the lever needs m
