Patient specific aortic root with calcification

The package contains *.stl models of patien-specific aortic root obtained using reconstruction based on DICOM data (CT) using Amira Software. All the models was reconstructed based on preoperative DICOM-data of patient D. intended for transcatheter aortic valve replacement with CoreValve (Medtronic Inc.) valve.
There are 4 different models:
1) Aortic_root_initial_lealets_only - inital reconstruction containing aortic root and leaflets only in diastolic phase.
2) Aortic_root_initial_full - the same + calcific parts in leaflets
3) Aortic_root_dilatated - full aortic root after balloon predilatation
The package contains *CAE file for finite element analysis software Abaqus/CAE 6.16
