Patio umbrella ring

A patio table umbrella ring insert. I wanted to add some weather stripping to the part of the ring that touches the glass to prevent chipping the glass when the umbrella moves. The downward portion of the ring that sits below the surface of the table is a small diameter than the table's hole to account for some weather stripping that's about 7 mm thick (uncompressed).
