CNC plasma/router combo table. Removable T-Slot table and integrated 1/2 x13 Threaded sockets for work holding. The plasma mount has a magnetic breakaway attachment that also allows the torch to be rotated 45deg. left and right from center. Because the table is capable of aggressive milling using the 2.2kw, 24000rpm, air cooled, ER20 spindle, the z axis assembly can be trammed in to provide tighter machining tolerances. Dual linear rails on both x and y axis provides additional rigidity and the 980 oz-in steppers deliver loads of power. The Y axis stepper is mounted at the center of the Z axis assembly which delivers an equal torque load when traversing the Y axis. The 4th axis can handle round tube up to 48" in diameter and is fully adjustable. When not in use the 4th axis assembly folds in on its self to minimize its footprint.
