A seaplane version of the B-24 Liberator which can be seen on the Nunatak Class Cruiser models.
I found the base for this on Tinkercad

though the original b-24 model is harder to tack down as Tinkercad has a lot of remixes that are just the exact same thing without any changes. It also probably didn't originate on Tinkercad either.
