This little windmill body is made to fit most standard-size PC fans. It's a great upcycling project, and should work with little effort.
You will need a 5/16 bolt or threaded rod, two-to-four 5/16 nuts, and two 608-2RS bearings. Printing at low layer heights is recommended because it makes the bearing holes easier to fit the bearings into. I recommend printing face-down if your print area is large enough. Good luck!
