PC test-bench /open-frame case

This case is going to be a server case, but so far it works as an open case frame or a test-bench.For the assembly you need to use plastic glue, and m3 heated inserts. (M3x5,7x4,6 to be precise) there is a few holes on the side of the frames for smaller heated inserts they are going to held the side panels later, so they are not important at this stage. Updates are expected later down the line.
