This part allows for loading and unloading filament manually without opening the dry box lid.
- The PTFE tubing is inserted into the dry box using a PC4-M10 fitting.
- It features one-touch lock/release.
- I have created a straight type for attaching to the container lid and an angled type for wall mounting.
- To install, drill an 8mm diameter hole for the straight type and add a 2mm notch to prevent rotation. For the angled type, use the hole guide to drill a hole and attach it with two M3x8mm screws, washers, and nuts.
- The hole guide assumes a wall thickness of 2mm. Adjust the slotted hole depending on the actual wall thickness.
- PETG is the recommended material.
- I recommend using soft PTFE tubing with an inner diameter of 2.5mm.
- I have also uploaded an AUTODESK Fusion data file, so please adjust it as necessary.
