PC817 Optocoupler DIN Mount

I Installed a CPAP blower for my 3d printer. I went the optocoupler route for the meantime (as I am using a thinclient as my klipper host, and working on building the CPAP flap mod). I didn't see too many mounts that I liked so I decided to make one to mount using the DIN mounts I'm using for my other items.
