PCB Holder for soldering

So I was browsing some YouTube videos on soldering techniques, and I've found this guy, making his onw PNP machine.

I've noticed that he has some neat soldering helping hand in form of a screw on pilar in which he quickly pop in and out his PCB, So i decided to make my own.

1 x pilar
2 x Gasket
1 x top cap

And here it is....
