This is a parametric model for printing out glue-down mounting points for PCB boards. The trick was trying to make a part with a flat base but with a clip that would not easily break due to the direction of the layers. This solution is to print the base part and the standoff/clip part as two parts, which then press-fit together (or glue, depending on how tight your dimensions are).
This clip is designed for making simple glue-down PCB mounting clips, but the openscan code could also be extrapolated to make other types of mountings.
Recommend ABS (or nylon, I suppose), but PLA would probably work as well. For project boxes made from ABS or PVC, PVC glue could be used to fasten them down. For metal or painted surfaces, try double-sided tape or contact cement. Trim, assemble and fasten the clips to the PCB first, then glue down, to insure accurate placement.
Actually, a good mod of this would be to find pre-cut double-sided tape and size the base to match.
