Inspired by the ant PCB milling machine. This is a much bigger version I have been developing. The goal was bigger working area, fewer printed parts and easier to source parts. Still waiting on parts to arrive before I can test fully and see if this design works scaled up. All of the 3d printed parts were designed from scratch except for the Z head which was modified to support a 28mm motor and lm8uu bearings. Snindle speed is just under 12K rpm.
All parts original except the Motor_and_Spindle_Pulleys_No_Collet_.stl and head.stl which are a modification of the original STLs provided by the Ant PCB team. ( https://bitbucket.org/compactpcbmaker/cpcbm/src/master/ )

Notable differences from the Ant PCB
Approx 12" x 7" Cutting Area
8mm rods instead of 6mm
2020 extrusion vs 1010 Makerbeam
MGN15H rails vs MGN9H
9mm belts/10mm pulleys vs 6mm
28mm Motor vs 26mm
Nema 17 0.9 deg steppers vs Nema 11 1.8 deg steppers
