Bottle cap model for 3D printed applications. Designed to mate with PCO 1881 ISBT Neck Finish Standard, which is the new material-saving standard.

The 1881 standard defines the bottle neck, but not the cap, apparently. This design has a tight fit to the bottle neck. If you desire a looser fit, scale it up in the X/Y dimensions to suit your taste. Thread pitch is 2.7 mm. Don't change the Z scale unless you are mating with a different thread pitch.

The threads in this model are rounded and limited to 50 degree angle from vertical for printing. No support required!

The flat surface to be extended or attached to a design is intentionally up. Rotate as needed for your design. If you make a Bottle Mate or similar device, remember to mirror the threads twice or yo
