This is my first “cosplay,” and it was done in a hurry, so please don’t be too harsh on the build quality :)
I made this as a Halloween costume and followed a great tutorial by @wtfrederick on Instagram. However, he didn’t include the print files, so I created my own models.
For some reason, PrusaSlicer shows a warning about using a different unit system and asks if you want to recalculate the size. Make sure to click Yes. You can check if the scale is correct by measuring the width of the models. It should be exactly 1 mm thick.
For the eyes, set the infill to 40% (or lower if you want better visibility) and use the honeycomb infill pattern. You’ll also need to disable the top and bottom layers so the eyes have holes to see through, as shown in the screenshot.
I painted my models with acrylic paint. For the eyes, you can either print them in multiple colors or just paint the pupil like I did. You can also use a heat gun to bend the pieces to better fit your head shape — though I d
