This are Pedestals for Statues. You can Print them with embedded sockets for 25 mm bases and 5x1 Magnets or without.
You can also print the pedestal and the embedded socket seperatly if you like to.

I designed it for Frostgrave espacially the Living Museum Scenario but you can use it as scatter terrain for any game.

Which 3D printer is suitable for Pedestal?

Any FDM printer should handle Pedestal just fine. It's been printed on machines like Bambu Lab A1, Prusa MK4, Creality Ender 3, Anycubic Kobra. A minimum build volume of 200 mm is recommended.

Does Pedestal need supports when printing?

Yes, Pedestal will probably need supports for the overhangs. Tree supports work well here and are easier to remove than regular ones.
